{ Disciplinary Action }
Warning:
A warning would come from violation of the TOA though not as severe & typical among first time offenders most notably minor offenses.
Probation:
Members under probation would be prohibited from certain activities internal or external which in itself would vary. For instance if you violated the TOA for a fairly severe enough reason, you may be prohibited from partaking in any external events for an X amount of days.
Extra Training:
Though rare these days we would take violators through a variety of disciplinary trainings.
Demotion:
A demotion is a loss of a rank after a severe enough violation of the TOA or may be from inactivity without a valid reason. This is common after a warning.
Honorable Discharge:
Any member ranked Specialist or higher would receive an Honorable Discharge after being removed for inactivity without reason & have not violated the TOA. They would be allowed to return with the previous rank they've held within 14 days unless they join another clan or committed any wrong doings towards the MAW. After 14 days, any cases regarding these individuals it would be under the discretion of High Command. Regardless, they would be exempt from reentering Basic Training all over again simply being reintegrated into the MAW.
Normal Discharge:
Inactive members would be discharged from the MAW but would be allowed to return under normal circumstances however, they would have to start over again. In most cases they wouldn't have to go through the Basic Training all over again.
Dishonorable Discharge:
After repeated violations oft he TOA &/or severe violations would result in a Dishonorable Discharge. In some cases these individuals may end up either Blacklisted or Redlisted depending on the actions committed. They would be banned from the MAW server unable to join back in the future. Treason, double clanning, or any severe equivalent such as slandering, manipulation, or attempts of destabilization putting the MAW in any risk would result in an immediate Dishonorable Discharge. Anyone who has been dishonorable discharged or "Deported" are to removed & ignored overall. The only way for the consequences to ever be reveres is if they were pardoned by the he CIC &/or SIC personally.
